Microchip with GPS?????
Thus, some of my friends and I were talking and we somehow on the topic of GPS chips. Now I know there are chips, all my animals have them, and I know there are GPS collars for dogs, but I suspected they did not put the two together at the moment . Now, there have been few cases of horse theft in my area and although my horse is in a good area secure it made me think that having a GPS chip would really reduce theft and enable owners and animals most likely to be met. So is anyone know if this will be the technology of the future? Is this something that is already in the works or that it will be years later? Do you think the public would be receptive to what people worry or it would come in person next? Any thoughts? I’m pretty ignorant on this matter, and I really appreciate other peoples thoughts and ideas on this subject. MerciKatie: They have microchips for horses and is actually quite common. All my horses have one and I know many others who do too if it is not just for show horses expensive.
